Qualified candidates will have experience working in the home healthcare industry. The dynamic individual will be able to build relationships with clients and other key partners and also can complete daily office activities. The office coordinator will aide in the coordination of home care referrals.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or greater. At least 1 year of experience working in a home care office, performing administrative duties. Must have experience with HHAexchange, Microsoft word, excel etc, is detailed oriented, great customer service skills, and possess excellent communication skills. Must have an outgoing and engaging personality. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be willing to take part in activities outside of the office and also can operate social media platforms. Must be able to fill in a shift as necessary. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
