Position Summary:

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. If you seek a challenging position with the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped older people and people with disabilities live safely at home, this is the job for you! Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred. Looking for someone comfortable with fast paced environment.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Mileage Reimbursement Essential Duties:

Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client’s care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted. Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client’s care plan. Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits. Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent 6 months – 1 year of office experience Bi-lingual- Spanish preferred 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable Must be willing to travel Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems Must have reliable transportation Someone comfortable working in a fast paced work environment Electronic Visit Verification Exp a Plus.
