In-home support is available if your loved one needs home care services. An eligible parent, guardian, family member, or family friend can work as a paid caregiver. If you don’t know someone, we can help find a caregiver for your loved one! Both the client and caregiver must be 18 years of age or older. We will cover the cost of any required background checks and clearances. We accept the following : Community Health Choices ACT 150 Private Pay If the client is not on an accepted waiver, we can assist you in starting the process!

Family Caregiver Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Effective communication skills with assigned Client Care Manager Successful completion of a written exam and orientation program Must pass background check/clearances as required by state regulations The ideal candidate should have access to a vehicle and be able to drive, as this is preferred for the role, but we still encourage you to apply.
