Key Responsibilities:
- Be available on-call during scheduled hours/days to cover open or emergency shifts
- Provide high-quality personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist clients with meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Travel to multiple client locations as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in client conditions
- Uphold company standards and ensure client safety and dignity at all times
- Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
