Your Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships:
Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities. •
Drive Sales Goals:
Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes. •
Plan and Execute:
Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership. •
Brand Ambassador:
Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations. •
Maintain Records:
Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential. •
Lead Generation:
Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking. •
Client Assessment:
Meet and conduct client assessments and collaboratively develop a Plan of Care specific to each Client. •
Client Connections:
Conduct client/Care Professional Introductions and Quality Assurance visits.

Succeed:

Sales Experience:
Proven track record in business or sales, consultative sales experience a plus. •
Driving Requirement:
Must possess a valid driver’s license. • Skills for

$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
