Personal Care Assistant Position Available In Berkeley, South Carolina

Personal Care Assistant Tri-County Caregivers Goose Creek, SC Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Medication management, Meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
