As a member of the Jenkins Home Care Family, you are not only providing home care, but you are developing relationships and making a difference in the life of your client and their family. Job Responsibilities You will be providing care for clients who are mobile/immobile and recovering clients by providing support and comfort to them You also have to provide support with personal hygiene, including brushing of the teeth and bathing. You will also engage with the client and help them entertain themselves by playing games. The personal care aide will also have to perform basic light household duties for the client You assist with light meal prep and assistance with feeding You may also need to help them move by providing support and assisting them to walk Maintaining proper hygiene and ensuring a safe environment

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages Compassionate and patient personality Fluency in English is required

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay:

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
