Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff. Ensure a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry and meal preparation. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and document care provided in medical records. Support patients with Alzheimer’s and other developmental disabilities, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
