Ideal Candidate:

Day shift availability Reliable transportation Consistent communicator Heart for service and ability to connect with others At least one year of direct patient care experience CNA or MA license is preferred but not required Able to work 2 weekend days per month Experience with hoyer lifts, dementia care, and comfort care Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required. Administer medication as directed and monitor clients for health changes. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Document care provided and report any significant changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals. Support clients with daily living activities while respecting their dignity and independence.
