Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Escort clients to appointments or social activities
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of caregiving systems and practices
• Familiarity with ADLs and providing direct support to individuals in need
• Understanding of patient care principles and techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely, using proper body mechanics
