RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication management. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Monitor client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals as necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans. Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.
