We are looking for professionals committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others while maintaining high standards of care.

Position Summary:

As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on assistance, support, and supervision for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This includes assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care in alignment with each individual’s Behavioral Support Plan (BSP). #IND1

Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily activities and personal care needs Administer medications as directed and provide accurate documentation Support implementation of individual support and behavior plans Transport and accompany clients to appointments, programs, and community activities Participate in training programs and assist clients in developing life skills Maintain complete and timely documentation according to agency policy Report significant events and any suspected abuse in accordance with protocols

Available Shifts:

Second Shift:

Start times vary depending on the needs of the home (e.g., 2:00 PM•10:00 PM or 4:00 PM•12:00 AM)

Third Shift:

Overnight shift from 12:00 AM•8:00

AM Weekends:

12-hour shifts (8:00 AM•8:00 PM or 8:00 PM•8:00 AM)

Day shifts are not currently available.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Pay Schedule:

Weekly (every Friday) Requirements (No Exceptions): Valid 2-Step PPD, TB chest X-ray, or TB blood draw (must be current) Valid, non-expired CPR and First Aid certification (not provided by Medustrial) Ability to follow a client-assigned schedule, including rotating weekends Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training (provided upon hire) Must pass DSS background screening, standard background check, and drug screening Two forms of valid government-issued

vaccination or official exemption Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We do not provide TB testing or CPR certification—these must be completed independently prior to applying. If your CPR or TB documentation is expired, please obtain valid certifications before reaching out. Applicants must adhere to the assigned schedule and cannot self-schedule shifts.
