Home Care Summerville – Available Immediately 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 316 North Magnolia Street, Summerville, SC 29483 We are seeking compassionate and reliable Non-Medical In-Home Caregivers to provide essential daily living assistance to clients in their homes. This role focuses on supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness or surgery, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, dusting, and tidying up Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs Help with grocery shopping and errands Provide medication reminders (no administration) Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming (if required) Support mobility, including walking assistance and transfers (if needed) Engage clients in activities, conversation, and exercise as appropriate Maintain a safe and clean environment Report any concerns regarding the client’s condition to family or supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving as little as 6 months Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if required for errands) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Highschool diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (if assisting with mobility) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform household tasks for extended periods
