• $16/Hour Medustrial Staffing Agency is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team at a special needs facility in Summerville.

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs. Please review the job details carefully:

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily activities, medication management, and other supportive services. Ensure the health and safety of individuals by following the Behavioral Support Plan (BSP). Provide hands-on care to help individuals develop daily living skills. Transport and monitor clients during off-campus appointments, programs, and activities. Implement training outlined in individual support plans. Engage individuals in group activities and assist with daily routines. Collect and document data accurately and on time, in line with support plans. Maintain proper documentation as per agency policies. Report any significant events or suspected abuse according to agency procedures.

Shifts Available:

Day Shift:

8-hour shifts, with holiday and overtime availability as needed; rotating weekends required. 2nd

Shift:

2:45 PM

• 11:15 PM (currently the only open shift, with no special scheduling).

Training:

6-day training program from 8:30 AM

• 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with special needs individuals. Valid CPR and First Aid certification (must be obtained independently). Valid TB test (2-step skin test, blood test, or X-ray) from within the past year (must be obtained independently).

COVID-19

vaccinated or exempt. Two forms of government-issued ID. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
