The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings, including assisted living, hospice care, and home care. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while respecting their dignity and rights. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing. Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Support clients in daily activities such as dressing, mobility, and medication reminders. Monitor and record vital signs as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining hygiene standards in the home or facility. Advocate for resident rights and ensure that all care is delivered with respect and dignity. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively. Assist individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in daily routines as required. Experience Previous experience in assisted living, hospice care, or home community care is preferred.
