Job Description
In Home Caregiver Comsee Homecare LLC Lancaster County, SC Duties & Responsibilities Provide incidental transportation to and from medical appointments, grocery stores, and errands Accompany clients to recreational/and or social events Adhere/ Assist with medication reminders, diet, and exercise plans Teach/perform meal planning and preparation Perform light housekeeping Follow the written care plan Participate on the care team by providing input and making suggestions Provide respite support to families Required Skills/Abilities Ability to understand written and oral instructions Ability to communicate orally and I’m writing Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others Ability to observe and recognize changes in clients Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with clients/families/ co-workers Other Requirements Reliable Transportation Valid and Current Driver License Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage Level 2 Background CPR/First Aid Summary As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires a strong foundation in care plans, along with core skills in geriatric care and medical-surgical practices. You will utilize your premium skills in emergency medicine and trauma care when necessary, while also applying relevant experience in outpatient and post-acute care settings.
