Job Description:

Hands and Hearts Home Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Care Quality Advisory to join our team. In this part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week), you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients by conducting regular visits to multiple clients each week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and assessing the quality of care provided to clients.
• Conducting check-ins with caregivers to ensure adherence to care plans and protocols.
• Providing feedback and support to caregivers to promote continuous improvement.
• Documenting and reporting on the status of clients and caregivers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a caregiving or supervisory role within the home care industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
