Full Job Description Objective :

Schedule:

Wednesday – Sunday (shifts times will vary) The Lead Professional Caregiver is responsible for ensuring clients receive high-quality care by covering Professional Caregiver shifts (as needed) and performing regular quality assurance visits.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain open and effective communication with franchise owners, colleagues, CarePros, clients, and family members, reflecting the core values of Legacy Care Services, DBA Home Instead. Cover Professional Caregiver shifts as needed Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care. Maintain accurate records documenting all quality assurance meetings. Plan and execute a schedule that ensures each client has consistent quality assurance visits Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making adjustments as necessary Partner with clients and caregivers to address and resolve concerns Collaborate with the Training and Engagement Coordinator to identify training needs Ensure an excellent client experience through quality assurance visits and fostering relationships with clients and caregivers Ensure all caregiving actions are compliant with all organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Secondary Responsibilities:

Serve as a back-up to The Scheduling Team. Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirements:

High school graduation or the equivalent One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Must possess a Driver’s License Ability to work in a collaborative environment
