Memory Support Care Partner Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and mental health to nursing staff Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed Assist with meal preparation and feeding Participate in social and recreational activities with residents Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents Great Place to work!
