Role:
Join Home Instead 262 as a Professional Caregiver and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors in Columbia, SC. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in a warm and inviting environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities. Help with light housekeeping and household tasks. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as needed. Transport clients to appointments and social outings. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members. Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CNA certification is a plus.
