Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living such bathing, dressing, and toileting, Assist with transfers and/or range of motion exercises. Maintain a clean, safe and healthy client environment. Assists client as assigned with shopping, meal preparation, socialization activities, housekeeping and medication reminders. Provide requested documents to keep employee file current. Follow the instructions from your supervisor Document observations, activities and service provided in an accurate, complete and timely manner; report to supervisor as necessary. Job Requirements Must be 18 years or older. TB screening Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening. Valid driver’s license Valid auto liability insurance if assignment(s) includes driving own vehicle to transport client according to Office-specific policy.
