In the Caregiver role, you will provide Caregiver duties in your client’s home throughout the Lexington and Richland Counties. As a Caregiver your primary focus will be enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This Caregiver position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing care to individuals with diverse needs, including memory care, long-term care and hospice. Caregiver positions will be individual homes of clients.

Pay Rate :

Experienced Caregivers starting at $14.00/hour

Schedule:

6hr-8hr-12hr Overnight and Day shifts,

Weekday and Rotating Weekends Caregiver Duties:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ well-being. Implement care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members. Ensure that resident rights are upheld at all times, creating a respectful and dignified environment. Assist with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring residents safely when required. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve caregiving skills.

Caregiver Must Have:

5+ years previous experience in home caregiving, assisted living, or long-term care settings is mandatory. Driver’s License Own a vehicle and have up to date auto insurance. Must be able to work 12hr overnight shifts Preferred Caregiver Requirements Knowledge of memory care practices is a plus. Strong understanding of resident rights and the importance of dignity in caregiving. Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting or transferring residents safely. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not required at the time of hire; training will be provided. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
