The CTH I Residential Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the health and safety o the people served and for the supervision and monitoring of the caregivers participating in the CTH I program. The coordinator will monitor the training, health, and safety and satisfaction of people participating in the CTH I Program. The coordinator will work directly with contracted caregivers, other agency case managers, program participants and Residential Supervisor to ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs and the Richland/Lexington DSN Board. The CTH I Caregiver Recruiter and Licensing Coordinator is responsible primarily for increasing the pool of quality caregivers within the CTH I program. Engage in actively promoting the CTH I program, recruiting potential caregivers, educating the public on the CTH I program and its requirements, and facilitating the licensing of new caregivers. Represent the CTH I program to the public for the purpose of recruiting caregivers. Implement policies and procedures of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs and the Richland/Lexington DSN Board for licensing of caregivers, and placement of supported people
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited college or university; Is at least 21 years of age; Has at least one (1) year of experience (e.g., Paid or Voluntary) working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or a related disability.
