In Home Caregiver Tennessee Home Care Partners, LLC 150 Bw Thomas Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers, clinics, and hospitals. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their overall well-being. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress. Document care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition. Qualifications Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting such as a clinic, hospital medicine, or geriatrics is preferred. Familiarity with medical-surgical practices and inpatient care is advantageous. Knowledge of procedures related to Level I Trauma Center or Level II Trauma Center environments is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
