We are currently hiring for caregiver/CNA/HHA/PCA positions. Overnight and Late evening shifts. With dignity and compassion, you will provide personalized care, monitor client health and report changes to prevent rehospitalizations, maintain a safe environment, engage clients in enriching activities, build strong client and family relationships, complete care tasks and documentation accurately and promptly, encourage social engagement, and adhere to care plans and professional guidelines. Due to the sensitive nature of in-home care, candidates with any felony convictions or relevant misdemeanor convictions will not be considered
Qualifications and Skills:
Applicants must have a clean criminal record, with no felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions involving violence, theft, fraud, or abuse, as verified through the South Carolina SLED background check process One year of experience (full/part-time) caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals is required.
A CNA/HHA/PCA
license or experience is a plus. Proof of current TB testing Strong communication and documentation skills, emphasizing accountability, are crucial for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Have a mature, compassionate, punctual, and reliable attitude toward patients in need of assistance. If transporting clients, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance are required. Experience using WellSky is a plus but not required Pass a 10-panel drug screen Daily Duties May vary based on client’s needs
Personalized Care:
Assists with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
Medication Reminder:
Provide timely medication reminders, strictly adhering to prescribed dosages and safety protocols. Report any discrepancies or concerns immediately.
Meal Planning and Preparation:
Prepare nutritious meals that meet the client’s dietary needs and preferences, promoting healthy eating habits.
Light Housekeeping:
Perform light housekeeping, like laundry and cleaning, to keep the client’s living environment clean and safe.
Fall Prevention:
Proactively identify and mitigate fall hazards in the client’s environment, adhering to established protocols and conducting regular safety assessments.
Rehospitalization Prevention:
Monitor client health, promptly reporting changes to the care team to prevent rehospitalizations. Follow post-discharge instructions and coordinate with the care team.
Life Enrichment and Socialization:
Engage clients in stimulating activities tailored to their interests to promote socialization, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.
Punctuality and Reliability:
Be punctual and consistent, providing reliable care and building trust with clients through timeliness.
Communication:
Promptly document and report any changes in client’s condition, maintaining open communication with clients, families, and the care team.
Job Expectations:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist clients with physical needs, including walking and turning. Must have reliable transportation (proof of insurance required) and be able to serve clients in Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill.

Per Hour Compensation:
