Rite of Passage Team is hiring Youth Care Workers at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN ✨ Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.

Compensation Range:

$17 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

As a youth care worker at Norris Academy, you are helping to care for and support autistic youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist residents with personal care tasks Support independent living skills and treatment goals Ensure residents safety at all times Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age Have a High School diploma or equivalent Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical Have at least 1 year experience working with autistic youth Have a passion to work with and help children

Schedule/hours/shifts:

Our 4 days on, 3 days off (opposite the 2nd week) schedule, allows our employees more time to rest, take care of personal affairs, and reduces burnout. Schedule choices are as follows; 1. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Every Other Wednesday 7pm-7:30am 2. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Every Other Wednesday 7pm- 7:30am Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
