Caregiver (home Health) A Better Solution In Home Care Chattanooga Cleveland, TN 37311 Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide support for mobility and heavy lifting as needed. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining hygiene standards and following HIPAA regulations. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks as directed. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care, group home settings, or memory/dementia care is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong observational skills to monitor client well-being effectively.
