” InspiCare Homes, LLC Antioch, TN 37013 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide essential care and assistance to individuals with varying needs. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their daily activities and overall well-being. What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Providing Compassionate Support

• Assist individuals with daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. ✔ Encouraging Independence
• Support skill development in communication, self-care, and social engagement. ✔ Facilitating Community Integration
• Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and recreational events. ✔ Ensuring Safety & Well-Being
• Follow care plans, medication schedules, and emergency response protocols. ✔ Building Meaningful Relationships
• Foster trust and rapport with individuals, families, and team members. ✔ Behavioral Support & Individualized Care
• Implement individualized behavior support plans tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. ✔ Physical Assistance & Mobility Support
• Assist clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring their safety during transfers. ✔ Emergency Response & Safety
• Administer first aid and CPR when required, following established protocols for emergency situations. ✔ Documentation & Compliance
• Document daily activities, progress, and any changes in client condition accurately.

Requirements Previous experience in direct support or care giving. Medication Administration Certification. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed while maintaining proper body mechanics. Certification in CPR and First Aid. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others achieve their highest level of independence. Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of clients, including availability for evenings or weekends if required. Minimum Qualifications:

✅ High school diploma or GED. ✅ Must be 18+ years old. ✅Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental abilities (preferred) ✅ Ability to pass a background check & drug screening. ✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation. ✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
