The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong understanding of emergency medicine and geriatrics. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients while promoting their independence. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, or trauma centers is preferred. Familiarity with emergency medicine practices and protocols is highly desirable. Experience working with geriatrics or individuals with chronic illnesses is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families. Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
