POSITION

Village Caregiving is seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. We have opportunities in Belle Meade, Hillwood, West Meade Park, and Eagle Ridge areas. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing in-home care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is an essential role that requires active listening, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing quality care to our clients.

In Home Caregiver Benefits Flexible Schedule Pay Rate:

$17-18/Hour Caregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training) 401k Planning w/ company match

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance In Home Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

In Home Caregiver Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred Ability to pass a background check Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients Must be physically able to lift and move clients as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
