Job Description

Are you ready to make a real difference every day? We’re looking for a Caregiver Liaison — someone who loves connecting with people and thrives in both an office and caregiving environment. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, leadership, and bringing wholehearted care to both clients and coworkers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Office/Admin Duties (30% of the role): Schedule caregiver shifts and coordinate assignments Manage client care plans and keep records up-to-date Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support daily office tasks Train new employees in our Skills Lab to ensure caregiving standards are met Field Work (70% of the role): Oversee and support our CNAs and caregivers in the field Complete quality assurance visits and forms in clients’ homes Step in to provide direct patient care when coverage is needed Ensure that clients receive compassionate, top-quality support

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or administrative support (preferred) CNA license preferred Leadership ability and strong communication skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail A patient, caring attitude with a heart for service Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

Training & Schedule:

The first two weeks of training will take place at our Knoxville office Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM After training, schedule will vary based on office needs and patient care
