Your Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll be a vital part of our clients’ lives, providing essential care and support to help them live comfortably and independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with mobility and personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Preparing meals and providing medication reminders Helping with housekeeping tasks Reporting changes in clients’ health and well-being Maintaining a safe, dignified, and caring environment

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Compassionate and patient, with excellent communication skills Ability to relate to and maintain good relationships with older and disabled persons Previous housekeeping and personal care experience preferred Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s license, automobile insurance with at least $50,000 liability coverage, and reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and provide personal and employer references Willingness to meet the agency’s educational requirements and adapt to diverse cultures and backgrounds

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch

Work Environment:
