Clinical Liaison – Guardian Home Care Position Available In Hamilton, Tennessee

Job Description:

As a Clinical Liaison (CL) you will: ?Call on physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and otherhealthcare providers (discharge planners, social workers, andhealth care coordinators) to promote Guardian Homecareservices. ?Be an expert regarding the services provided by Guardian Homecareensuring effective communication and collaboration withproviders. ?Act as company liaison to clients to resolve problems and provideinformation on services and maintain positive relations. ?Work in partnership with other Account Executives, ExecutiveDirector and Regional Sales Manager to develop business plan andstrategy for local market. ?Implement business plan for local market and report progress andresults to Regional Sales Manager. ?Maintain organized account information on each client, track salesdata, and identify key accounts and potential problems. Requirements of Qualified Candidates ?Licensed RN or LVN ?One year of RN or LVN/LPN experience in local market with a strongknowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicarerequirements, and care plan development techniques ?Previous medical sales experience preferred ?A valid state driver?s license, reliable transportation, and autoinsurance required We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will considerall qualified candidates without regard to disability or protectedveteran status.
