Ideal candidates will understand how to smoothly transition clients through the challenges of sundowning, providing comfort and stability. Proactive problem-solving, patience, and compassion are essential. You must be familiar with the behavioral changes that occur in the evening and know how to manage agitation, confusion, and anxiety effectively. The right person will create a calming environment while ensuring safety and emotional well-being.
