Caregiver Home Health A Better Solution In Home Care Chattanooga Farragut, TN 37934 Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, and working with individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication schedules. Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks as needed. Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and team members to ensure effective communication and support. Requirements Previous experience in senior care, memory care, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid is a plus. Ability to assist individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide personalized support. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Must be reliable, patient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
