The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client interactions and ensuring a smooth intake process. You will be the face of Ohana. Duties Meet with new clients in their home to complete the intake paperwork to begin services under the choices program. Weekly team meeting. You will also be a traveling caregiver to care for our clients until a permanent caregiver is placed. Availability must be flexible and available weekends if needed. Travel Time would be in 1-2hr radius. Must be a road warrior! Assist with administrative tasks related to patient intake, including filing documents and maintaining organized records. Must be willing to take on the role as a caregiver. no license needed. we are non medical. Provide support for the Ohana office tasks as needed, contributing to a positive team environment. Qualifications Previous experience As a caregiver. Must be able to handle change. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
