Caregiver Family Home Care Services LLC Loudon, TN 37774 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care in various settings, including home community care and group homes. This client requests 11 hours of care split between Mondays and Thursdays to start after 11 AM. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s overall well-being. Monitor and document changes in clients’ conditions through patient observation. Aid clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, particularly for those requiring memory care or dementia care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Engage clients in social activities and promote their independence while ensuring safety. Skills Experience in senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of memory care techniques and dementia care best practices is highly beneficial. Strong ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when assisting clients. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure proper handling of sensitive information. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
