No experience is necessary! We will train you. In this job 37.5 hours are guaranteed, but the schedule varies depending on the need. Some shifts will be during the day helping as a job coach, some hours will be in the evenings helping with independent living skills, and some will be occasionally on the weekends. The person in this position should be flexible with their availability. Full time jobs offer health and life insurance, 10 paid holidays a year, PTO, and retirement plans! All applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
