Caregiver Home Health A Better Solution In Home Care Chattanooga Lenoir City, TN 37771 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in assisted living and home care settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities, monitoring their health, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to resident rights and maintaining a clean environment. Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary. Observe and document any changes in clients’ conditions or behaviors, ensuring accurate communication with family members and healthcare professionals. Support individuals with dementia care by employing appropriate techniques to enhance their comfort and security. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each client. Requirements Previous experience in assisted living, home community care, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, vital signs assessment, and patient observation practices. Familiarity with resident rights and commitment to maintaining client dignity and respect. Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility challenges. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients and their families. Experience in social work or related fields is a plus but not mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
