Competitive Pay :

$14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Flexible Hours :

20 – 45 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 2 to 8 hours

Your Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll be a vital part of our clients’ lives, providing essential care and support to help them live comfortably and independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with mobility and personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Preparing meals and providing medication reminders Helping with housekeeping tasks Reporting changes in clients’ health and well-being Maintaining a safe, dignified, and caring environment

Qualifications:

Compassionate and patient, with excellent communication skills Ability to relate to and maintain good relationships with older and disabled persons Previous housekeeping and personal care experience preferred Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s license, automobile insurance with at least $50,000 liability coverage, and reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and provide personal and employer references Willingness to meet the agency’s educational requirements and adapt to diverse cultures and backgrounds

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch

Work Environment:
