Role:

We are currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work weekend shifts at our homes in Lenoir City and Loudon. We have both day and overnight shifts available . All of our residential homes support 2 to 4 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities , and each home is staffed to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a DSP, you’ll play an important role in helping individuals live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (personal care, meals, medications, hygiene) Assisting with activities in the home and out in the community Providing companionship and emotional support Promoting safety, choice, and dignity at all times Documenting daily care and services

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (you’ll be driving agency vehicles) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Why Work With Us?
