Servicing the Memphis area. We are looking for responsible, caring, and compassionate direct support professionals (DSP) to join our growing team. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or mental disabilities to live a more fulfilled and happy life. Working one-on-one with each client, you will access his/her needs and tend to them accordingly with the goal of fostering a positive, encouraging environment.

Qualifications:

Current Valid Tennessee Driver’s License / State Identification Must be able to provide direct patient care based on clients needs MED Certification Two (2) years verifiable

Home Care Experience Current CPR Certification Current Tuberculosis Skin Test and or Chest X-Ray Physical Requirements:

The work requires moderate to heavy physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis such as: assisting patients in transfer activities, wheelchair to bed, tub, commode, etc. Provide substantial support to patients in ambulation therapy. Additional physical demands include walking, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
