This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily living activities and providing companionship. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met. Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Assist with memory care for clients experiencing cognitive challenges. Provide support for hospice care when necessary, ensuring dignity and comfort. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy. Experience Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with memory care techniques and group home environments is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
