Nanny/Caregiver The Nurture Network Collierville, TN 38017 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children while engaging them in educational and fun activities. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for both the children and their families. Duties Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety at all times. Engage in educational activities that promote learning and development through play. Assist with daily routines including meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and dressing. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying up play areas and preparing snacks. Administer basic first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate creativity and learning. Experience Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Familiarity with toddler care practices and early childhood education principles is a plus. Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid and CPR is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor. A genuine love for children along with patience, creativity, and adaptability in various situations.
