We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join us at Helping Hearts as Caregivers and Medication Techs. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to patients and ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, personal care, and emotional support. You will also ensure that our residents receive medication as prescribed by their physician.

Responsibilities:

Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Assist in the daily care of patients, including monitoring vital signs and documenting changes in condition Ensure compliance with HIPPA guidelines while handling patient information Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans effectively Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following sanitation protocols Assist with daily living activities to promote their independence Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following sanitation protocols.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers Licence Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus Ability to pass pre-employment physical(drug screening) and background checks Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient
