What You’ll Do As a trusted caregiver, you’ll assist seniors in maintaining their independence by helping with: You’ll be matched with seniors who appreciate your help and companionship.

Duties may include:

Light housekeeping and home safety checks Meal prep and shared conversation Transportation to appointments and errands Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Daily routines, medication reminders Alzheimer’s/Dementia support (training provided) Requirements Treat clients with dignity and respect Weekend availability (If applicable) Effective communication skills Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (If applicable). Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Personal and professional references Ability to work well with clients, families, and our team Physical ability to assist clients as needed (sitting, standing, bending, lifting) Compliance with State of Tennessee regulations and DMV check.
