Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet and direct the public in a polite and professional manner
• Assist with special projects
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
• Fax, scan, and copy client and caregiver documents as needed
• Receive and review caregiver applications for quality and completeness
• Maintain client and caregiver files in accordance with HCA Employee Hiring Procedures & local Home Care License Requirements
• Assist Managers with Caregiver compliance including mandatory training, orientations, onboarding/offboarding, and specific state requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
