I Am Guardian Hospice? As a Hospice Aide you will: Perform personal care needs and homemaker activities after given apatient?s assignment and attending to his/her request promptly. Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies andprocedures including, but not limited to the
Compliance Program:
Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards. Demonstrate professional conduct, service excellence and commitmentto values and mission of Guardian Hospice. Requirements of Qualified Candidates Meets the training/certification requirements of the state ofagency operation and possess and maintain valid CPRcertification Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervisedpractical training. Sixteen hours of classroom must be completedprior to a mandatory 16 hours of practical training At least 18 years of age Ability to read and follow written instructions and document caregiven Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured inaccordance with state and/or organization requirements and is ingood working order
