Role Description This is a full-time on-site role (W-2) as a Lawn Care Worker with multiple duties located in Franklin, TN. We are offering competitive pay at $22/hour. As a Lawn Care Worker, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks for the company owner and crews. You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our clients’ properties involving lawn care, mowing, weed whip, blowing/cleanup, bush/shrub trimming, mulch, ensuring overall operation of equipment and machines, and performing a variety of essential lawn care and landscaping tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check. Qualifications Willing to learn Good Health Physical ability to lift heavy objects Ability to truck/vehicle with trailer Valid driver’s license (Will run MVR) Knowledge of tools and machinery Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of landscape maintenance practices
