Group Home Caregiver Archer Care Homes, LLC Lebanon, TN 37087 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate care givers to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to residents in group home settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to caregiving and home community care, assisting individuals with daily living activities, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all residents. Duties Assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive living environment. Maintain cleanliness in resident areas, including common spaces and individual rooms, ensuring a hygienic atmosphere. Support social work initiatives by engaging residents in activities that promote social interaction and mental well-being. Assist residents as needed, ensuring their safety during transfers or movements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Document behavior, care and report any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate staff members. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving is beneficial Knowledge of meal preparation techniques for dietary group setting is helpful Ability to perform cleaning duties effectively while maintaining a focus on resident comfort and safety. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Physical capability to safely assist with mobility as required. A compassionate attitude towards providing care in an assited group home environment is essential.
